Dr Fadzilah Bee Abdul Rahman is an Early Childhood Education Specialist, trainer and founder of Tadika Bahtera Ilmu (Bahtera Multiple Intelligence Preschool (BMiP), establish in 2005. With over 25 years old experience (plus working with other preschools) in teaching young children, managing preschool operations and developing curriculum frameworks, she is a recognised advocate of the Multiple Intelligences pedagogy aligned with Malaysia's National Education goals.
She has led numerous teacher training programs, workshops, and curriculum implementation initiatives, including aligning her preschool's syllabus with the current KSPK standards.
